Responsibilities

  • Editing B2B Content Writers
  • QAing B2B Editors
  • Collaborate with B2B Content Strategist to ensure content being published is higher quality than any other page Google could show
  • Demonstrates deep B2B writing experience, expert understanding of developing buyer persona, and positioning evergreen topic to promote project revenue drivers
  • Work with HR manager and Project Manager to fill B2B Content Writer roles
  • Identify and develop talented B2B Content Writers
  • Evangelize and connect the impact of our knowledge base to our values and culture
  • Join, engage, and become known in relevant communities (see  Our Favorite Marketing Resources )


Key Deliverables

Accountable for ensuring every page of content we publish is better than any other page Google could show.
  • Edit 5 first drafts per day
  • QA 10 articles per day

  • Begin identifying and documenting system and process improvements

  • Take ownership of B2B processes and systems
  • Responsible for a large swath of Knowledge Base articles
  • Consistently posting and engaging in  Our Favorite Marketing Resources
