Responsibilities

Manages a team of writers, editors, SEOs, designers, and uploaders
Emotional intelligence for effective account management and maintaining great client relationships
Attend client meetings, take notes, record action items, assign to team members and client stakeholders, track completion, and QA to ensure publishing and SEO implementation is completed on-time and in-line with quality standards
Ensuring your team has everything they need to publish the highest quality content Google could show
Work with senior editors to identify talented Content Writers that embody our culture and values to grow into areas of responsibility
Gatekeeper for our culture and values; handle terminations for team members that don't meet these
Familiarity with all core client metrics, and regularly consume analytics to connect your team's actions to campaign performance
Work with those above and below to identify systems, processes, culture and communication improvements, and roll out changes in a streamlined way
Own larges swathes of content management and content production knowledge base articles

Meet with all managers to identify page improvements
Centralize proposed changes, get sign-off from teams impacted, and prioritize
Begin documenting systems for knowledge transfer, standards, and training
